Safer CLI account claims
CLI v0.2.3 verifies the browser account used by `flat login`, preventing stale sessions from claiming deployments for the wrong account.

flat login [EMAIL] now checks that the browser session matches the requested email before completing an anonymous registration claim. If another Flat account is active, the claim page asks you to sign in with the requested address and requires a fresh AuthKit check.
This prevents temporary deployments and active named domains from moving to the wrong account during a claim. The fix ships in CLI v0.2.3.
