Gather the brief, audience needs, references, and practical constraints. Agree on one written direction before design begins.

02   Explore and refine

Review two visual directions, choose one, then refine its typography, color, and applications together.

03   Prepare the handoff

Package final artwork, usage notes, and source files. Walk through the system so it is easy to use.
